Kaptagat Forest Charity Bicycle Tour​
Is unique and awesome fundraising bicycle ride in Kaptagat Hills and Elgeyo Escarpment through the rolling hills and cool Forest.
The Forest and the adjacent private farmsface deforestation, soil erosion and landslides due to poor farming practices in the Forest and steep hills. The main feature of the Elgeyo Escarpment is Spencer lines (road), is demarcation along the escarpment fault line that is prone to landslide. This land is vulnerable due to geological instability that often causes landslides and severe risks to human beings and livestock.
Route
Kaptagat Forest Charity Bicycle Tour is a recreational and charity ride. Cyclists experience an organized ride on a tarmac road route through the scenic Elgeyo Escarpment, then takea loop ride through the adventurous Kaptagat Forest.

- Forest ecosystem awareness creation
- Fundraiser for the establishment of Kaptagat nature sanctuaries
All shall proceed to go towards supporting Forest Adjacent Communities in creating nature sanctuaries.
Registration
You can sponsor a cyclist or a team of riders for this beautiful charitable event.
